Survey Templates
NACEP Board-approved essential survey questions are required for all NACEP-accredited concurrent enrollment programs and are highly recommended for all programs seeking accreditation. Programs may add additional questions if they want to gather more information or information about a different topic.
The essential questions are used to fulfill Program Evaluation Standards E2, E3, and E4. See the Standards for more specific information.
The CEP conducts an annual survey of CEP alumni who are one year out of high school.
The E2 survey should be administered annually to all CEP alumni who are one year out of high school, regardless of whether they attend the CEP institution, another postsecondary institution, or are not enrolled in college.
The E3 survey should be administered at least once every three years to CEP graduates who are four years out of high school.
The E4 surveys should be administered at least once every three years to participating high school instructors, principals and guidance counselors.
