3. New Staff Position at NACEP Filled NACEP is pleased to announce that Adam Lowe has accepted a new full-time staff position to start in mid-March. Lowe has been serving temporarily in a similar capacity under an independent contract with NACEP since October 2009. Oregon Statewide Study Shows Concurrent Enrollment Prepares Students for Subsequent College Coursework Oregon, one of several states modeling their concurrent enrollment programs on NACEP standards, recently released the results of the first large-scale, independent state-wide evaluation documenting that students who take concurrent enrollment courses are more likely than their peers to subsequently attend college, stay enrolled, accumulate more credit, and earn higher grades than their peers.
