This annual seminar brings together colleagues, policy experts, and education advocates to explore and discuss federal initiatives shaping the field, key policy trends, and upcoming legislation affecting concurrent and dual enrollment programs. Attendees will benefit from insightful presentations by policymakers, D.C.-based education advocates, and federal agency staff.
The agenda is designed to foster meaningful dialogue, with small group discussions offering opportunities to engage directly with content experts and peers. Dates: Tuesday, April 7, 2026 and Wednesday, April 8, 2026
The event will feature a full day of sessions on Tuesday, followed by our networking event, Policy and Pints, presented by DualEnroll.
The seminar will conclude with a half-day program on Wednesday.
Note: We recommend attendees use the afternoon on Wednesday for Congressional office visits. We are awaiting the release of the Congressional Schedule for April; however, even when Congress is not in session, many staffers are in offices to connect with constituents.

Cancellation requests received by 5 PM ET on March 5, 2026, will be fully refundable, less a $100 cancellation fee. Registration is non-refundable after 5PM ET on March 5, 2026.

Membership Rates
Discounted member registration rates are available to current, paid NACEP members only.
You must have an active membership at the time of registration to qualify for the member rate.
If you register at the non-member rate and later become a member, the difference in registration fees will not be refunded.
Final Note
After the refund deadline, no refund requests will be honored.
