This session will share lessons learned and best practices on how to cultivate a postsecondary environment in a high school classroom. Participants will learn from English community college and high school faculty’s experiences teaching ENG 101 and ENG 102 for the first time in a high school setting. Topics will include; Academic Rigor, Classroom Management, Communications, and Student Responsibilities.
